With a small website up and running I now get to focus on the fun part, getting people to actually visit it!
I have started by asking Google to crawl my website as this can take some time and it's good to get this process going. To do this you will need to have a Google account which is also gives you access to a whole host of information and articles on how to increase your website's ranking and quality.
There are lots of articles such as how Google crawls and indexes your website and how to increase your website's search ranking. There's loads of helpful stuff on there, its a really good starting place.
